Description

Cocoa beans or cocoa beans are seeds of the cacao tree (Theobroma cacao), which has gone through the process of fermentation and drying and ready to be processed. The cacao bean is the basic ingredient of chocolate making. Color beans before fermentation and drying was white, and then changed into purplish or brownish red.
