Processing: Temperature: from 0.6 to 1.7 C. Relative humidity: 98-100%. Fog: lightly. Typical shelf life: 28 to 180 days ethylene-sensitive. Do not store or transport products with ethylene-producing factories that may impart a bitter aroma to carrots. Carrots will absorb the smells of apples and pears. Odor producer: Carrots produce odors that will be absorbed by celery.
